Price, size and contract
What you pay, which size you need, and how we agree the term and payment.
How much does a container cost, and what is included?
A small container (3 m) is €50 a month, a medium one (6 m) €75, and a large one (12 m) €100, all plus 20% VAT. That covers the container, the fenced lot with CCTV, and 24/7 access. There are no other fees on top of the monthly rent and VAT.
Which size should I choose?
The small one (7.5 m²) holds one room of things, the medium (15 m²) the furniture from a 50–60 m² flat, and the large (30 m²) a whole house or business stock. Not sure? Call us, tell us what you are packing, and we will work it out together.
What is the shortest rental period?
Tell us roughly how long you need it, a month while you move or a whole year, and we will agree on it. The term goes into the contract.
How do I pay?
Rent is paid monthly. The payment method and due date are set out in the contract we sign before you get the container.
Can I share a container with a friend?
You can. Take one container, split the rent, and agree who keeps the key, or use two padlocks. The contract is in one person’s name.

Access and security
Who can get to the container, when, and what protects it while you are away.
When can I get to my things?
Whenever you need to: container access is 24/7, every day. Drive up to the door, unlock it and take what you need, no appointment.
Who holds the key to the container?
You do. You can lock the container with your own padlock, and then the only key is yours; we hold no spare for your padlock.
How secure is it?
The containers are steel, they stand on a fenced lot under CCTV, locked with a padlock. If you bring your own, for valuable contents use a heavy one with a cut-resistant shackle.
Are my things insured?
We do not insure the contents of the container unless the contract explicitly says so. If you have a home insurance policy, ask your insurer whether it covers belongings kept away from home; that is usually the simplest option.

What and how to store
What is allowed in, how to keep things dry, and whether a vehicle or business stock can go there.
Can things get damp in a container?
A steel container is not climate controlled, so condensation can form when the temperature swings. Put things on pallets or battens, leave a gap from the walls so air can move, and do not store anything wet.
What am I not allowed to store?
Flammable liquids and gas, chemicals, food and anything perishable, animals, and anything illegal. Cash, jewellery and important documents are better kept at home or in a safe.
Can I store a motorbike or a car?
A motorbike or scooter fits in the small container (2.8 m long inside), and a car in the 6 m medium one (5.9 m long). Call us before you bring a vehicle so we can agree the terms, and disconnect the battery if it will stand for a while.
Do you rent containers to businesses?
Yes. A container works well for online shop stock, tradespeople’s tools and materials, or archives. For a contract in your company’s name and invoicing, get in touch and we will sort out the details.

Location and arrival
Where the lot is and how your things get to the container door.
Do you move things for me?
We do not offer transport, but you can drive a car, van or small truck right up to the container door, so unloading is direct, with no stairs or lifts. If you hire a removals company, just give them our address.
Where exactly are you, and how do I get there?
In Radiofar (Surčin municipality), between the Belgrade–Zagreb motorway and Nikola Tesla Airport. The address is Carice Milice 61, Radiofar, Surčin; it is about 15 minutes from New Belgrade and about 12 from Zemun. The exact gate location is on Google Maps.

Your question isn’t here?
Ask us directly. Will a piano fit, can you come on a Sunday at six in the morning, how many boxes go into the small container: questions like these take a minute on the phone.
