No small print here. The rent covers everything you need to keep things safe and get to them whenever you like. What isn’t included is listed right next to it, so there are no surprises.
Included
Monthly rent for the whole container
You pay for the size, not for how much you store or how often you come.
24/7 access
Every day, weekends and holidays, no appointment and no surcharge at night.
Fenced lot with CCTV
The containers stand on a fenced lot under camera surveillance.
Drive-up access

Insurance
We don’t insure the contents. Ask your insurer whether your home policy covers belongings kept elsewhere.
Moving and transport
We don’t do transport. Bring things yourself or give our address to a removals company.

All measurements are inside. The doors are on the short end; the opening is about 2.3 m wide and 2.3 m high. Monthly rent, with no extra fees on top.
Bigger container, cheaper square metre
Divide the monthly price by the floor area and a square metre in the large container works out at €3.3, against €6.7 in the small one. The longer the container, the less you pay per metre.
But don’t pay for empty air. If everything fits in the small one, the small one is still the smallest bill. A bigger container only pays off when you’ll actually fill it, or when you share it.
Remember the height, too: it’s 2.39 m to the ceiling inside, so boxes stack five high and a wardrobe stands upright. That’s why 7.5 m² holds more than it sounds.
Half the rent, same container
You’re not the only one who needs a bit of space. Siblings clearing out a parent’s flat, two tradespeople with tools, flatmates about to move abroad: take one container and split the rent.
Agree who keeps the key, or put two padlocks side by side. The contract is in one person’s name, and you split it between you however you like.
Storage for household and seasonal thingsHow to pick a size
You don’t need to measure every chair. These rules get the size right most of the time, and for the rest there’s the planner and the phone.

Count rooms, not boxes
One room or a studio fits the small one, a 50–60 m² flat the medium, and a whole house or business stock the large.
The longest item decides
The small one is 2.8 m long inside. A sofa or a bed goes in easily, but long planks, a ladder or a car need the medium at 5.9 m.
Leave an aisle if you visit often
For stock or tools you take out every week, leave a walkway down the middle. Then one size up beats stacking right to the doors.

Questions about price and payment
All frequently asked questionsHow much does a container cost, and what is included?
A small container (3 m) is €50 a month, a medium one (6 m) €75, and a large one (12 m) €100, all plus 20% VAT. That covers the container, the fenced lot with CCTV, and 24/7 access. There are no other fees on top of the monthly rent and VAT.
Is there a sign-up fee or any extra charge?
No. You pay only the monthly rent for the whole container, and every term goes into the contract before you sign.
How much is it per square metre?
Divide the monthly price by the floor area: about €6.7 per m² for the small, €5 for the medium and €3.3 for the large.
Two small containers or one medium?
Two small ones are €100 a month for 15 m²; one medium is €75 for 15 m². Two small ones only make sense if you need two separate keys.
Do I pay the same if the container isn’t full?
Yes: you pay for the size, not for how much you store or how often you come. If it’s too big, share it and split the rent.
