Who controls your data

This policy covers the website and every inquiry you send us by phone, message, email or the form.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through the form, we receive only what you type in:
- your name and phone number (required, so we can get back to you);
- your email address, if you give it;
- the container size you want, and a rough start date and rental length;
- a description of what you would store and how you found us, if you fill those in;
- a record that you gave consent, and when you sent the form.
If you contact us by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or email, we see your number or address and whatever you write. If you rent a container, the contract and invoice also need the details the law requires (for example your name, address, ID number or company details).
Like any web server, the one hosting this site automatically logs technical access data (IP address, time, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use that data to identify you.
Please don’t put sensitive data (about health, religion, politics and so on) in the form. We don’t need it.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your inquiry and send an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 12(1)(1) ZZPL, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 12(1)(2) ZZPL, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To conclude and perform the container rental contract. The legal basis is the contract.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records. The legal basis is a legal obligation.
We don’t use your data for marketing messages, we don’t build profiles, and we make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- If an inquiry doesn’t lead to a rental, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact.
- Contract data is kept for as long as the rental lasts, and after that for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we do so as soon as we can, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
Who else sees it
We don’t sell your data or hand it to anyone for their own use. To run the site and talk to you, we use a few service providers who process data only on our instructions (processors):
- the form service: Formspree, Inc. (USA), which passes the inquiry on to us;
- the website hosting provider, whose servers hold the site and the technical access log;
- the email provider we use to send and receive mail.
Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia, including in the USA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards the ZZPL provides for, such as standard contractual clauses.
If you message us on Viber or WhatsApp, those apps’ own terms also apply to the messages.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
- delete your data;
- restrict processing;
- transfer your data to another controller in a common electronic format;
- stop processing it, if you object.
You can withdraw your consent whenever you like by emailing info@rfskladiste.rs. Withdrawing doesn’t affect processing that happened before. We reply to requests without delay and within 30 days at the latest.
Complaining to the Commissioner
If you think we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik), Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs. We’d appreciate hearing from you first, so we can try to put it right together.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics, ad pixels or tools that follow you from site to site. That’s why there’s no cookie banner.
The Google Maps link opens Google in a new window. Once there, Google’s privacy terms apply.
If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we’ll update this page first and ask for your consent before setting anything.
How we protect it
The site runs only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Inquiries are seen only by the people who run the container business, and the accounts are protected with strong passwords.
Changes to this policy
When we change something, we publish the new version on this page and update the date below. If the change matters and we have your contact details, we’ll let you know.
